Prescriptions

The most efficient way for an existing prescription to be filled is to first contact your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacy will then contact our office through their automated system with your request.

If you need to call our office with a new prescription request, please be sure to have the number for your pharmacy available.

Please allow at least 24 hours for all prescription refills and requests to be filled.

If it has been over a year since you have seen Dr. Pollycove, please be advised that you may be requested to make an appointment with her before any additional refills can be authorized.
